We’ve had a really good experience with them. They were so helpful. Normally rented the bikes for a day but our plans changed, and had to keep them for another day. Had zero issues, they were quick to respond on our request. Friendly people.

Definitely recommend Ola Bike hire! The staff were extremely friendly, they spoke great english and even gave us a map of Tulum that we could take with recommendations. They offer complementary repair services within Tulum which is a bonus, the bikes were in great condition also!

This place is amazing. Aden was very helpful with setting us up with the bikes and gave us information about the tours. He was very specific and told us what the prices of the tours and the bikes were. The bikes were around 10 dollars a day so if you need a bike, definitely stop by ola bikes and talk to aden.
