I was very worried after reading the reviews, but me and my husband went ahead and used them to transport us from the airport to the ferry in Cancun! The driver was excellent. Very nice and friendly staff. We paid cash instead of using a card after reading the reviews. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I didn’t check the reviews until after we made our reservations. Most of them were negative, but we stuck through it and the service was great! We didn’t get upcharged or go down any sketchy roads like most reviews said. Would highly recommend.

SCAM. We paid at the airport way to the hotel and back, they did not show up. DO NOT TRUST OR GET THIS SERVICE. We might miss our flight because of them, don’t risk it.

Please reconsider your transportation services when arriving to the airport and do not book with FlexShuttle Ecocab. Paid upfront for transportation there and back but unfortunately, no one arrived the day of our flight to return and refunded wasn’t issued.

I got left at airport because my ride didn't show. I showed my residence card and he did us to mexican to Canadian. It was more than 100 Canadian 86 usd and 1350 pesos.
