Es muy interesante observar cómo se desarrolla esta actividad que data de la antigüedad, en mi tour se dio una explicación visual interactiva de cómo se elabora una pieza de vidrio. sin embargo no lo recomiendo como viaje familiar ya que en lugar de estar admirando las piezas estás pendiente de que los pequeños no vayan a quebrar algo.

No tienen muchas cosas , más bien son artículos muy pobres, les falta promocionar y tener artesanías de la zona, por ejemplo los animalitos de la madera conocida como palo fierro. Lástima porque abundan los comercios caros y con las mismas cosas.

Juan Carlos se enorgullece tanto de su trabajo, que cada trago es una obra de arte. ¡Regresamos tres veces en una semana y también tuvimos el placer de conocer al propietario, Pepe! Para tu información, ¡los cigarros cubanos son de alta calidad al igual que el licor! ¡Disfrute de un cigarro y un cóctel en el salón de cigarros contiguo! Gran experiencia.
Estábamos en la zona reservando una excursión mientras visitábamos Cabo. ¡Algunas damas caminaban por la calle y no pudimos evitar notar sus bebidas! Inmediatamente les preguntamos qué eran y de dónde los habían sacado. Se entusiasmaron tanto con ellos que tuvimos que probarlos nosotros mismos. ¡Tuvimos una experiencia increíble! I am a huge anklet lover. I love to travel and shop all kinds of anklets around the world! This is a nice little shop with handmade jewelries, and I fell in love with all these art works! Each of these pieces are unique and well designed. Santiago is an amazing artist! I just had to collect one of each color of anklets before someone else buys them all. I also found some beautiful handmade necklaces that are glowing tropical vibe. Every piece of art work is well worth your money. I think of it as a shopping experience. I had fun picking out my collections with my husband!

Couple-friends joined my husband and me for the informative tequila and mescal tasting/pairing at Santos Destilados: we tried 5 tequilas and 3 mescals with different fruits, chocolates, and meats. Our presenter had maps and an iPad to illustrate different Mexican agave regions with pictures while he explained how both tequila and mescal are made, and he seemed excited to educate us about a passion and culture of which he is proud.It was both informative and fun--for the novice as well as the more experienced tequila/mescal drinker.

Best fishing trip ever! We fish in Cabo at least once a year and this trip was the BEST! Angel set everything up and all we had to do was show up. The crew Pepe and Jose were amazing and worked hard to get some fish on the line. I would 100% recommend Angel, Jose and Pepe on the Phantom III.

A big thank you to Angel Castelan who has helped me book many activities and transportation over the years. I brought a group of nine down to Cabo this week (first time in Cabo for all but one ) and Angel helped get us set up on an amazing sunset dinner cruise. Everything was booked and ready to go before we got here and at a great price. The cruise was tonight and it was unbelievable! We were fortunate enough to see a beautiful sunset AND dolphins and whales! It was so magical…..I had tears in my eyes. Angel also spent over an hour helping me book parasailing very last minute on my last day - great price and wonderful experience. Silver Exposure is one of my absolute MUST GO TO places when we go to Cabo. I have purchased jewelry here every year for the last 7 visits. I love the quality and pricing is always great but the designs are unique and unlike anything I've seen in the states! The staff and owner are always friendly and helpful but never pushy. They are located near Cabo Wabo. It's a little shop, but worth the trip. My original pieces (7 or 8 yrs old) still look great and have worn very well!
The personal service I received from Jodi was outstanding. She helped me immensely by suggesting I try on different bracelets to go with my existing. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and smart. She has silver to sell and her outstanding personality sells the excellent product without being pushy. I am lucky I read Trip Advisor to become aware of her silver.

Myself, my sister, and our friend all bought jewelry from Morgan. I think Morgan likes the bartering ! He starts high and then you negotiate . Thankfully my sister is good at this bartering business. All three of us ended up with great deals on silver jewelry. I purchased a beautiful stone that changes colors depending on the light , Zultanite. Took it to the hotels fancy jewelry store who confirmed the stone and what a great deal I got on it. Shots of almond crème tequila are free. I’ve read some of the bad experiences here, but I had a great experience here and will come back. What can I say , the man even gave me a morganite cocktail ring for free on his knee. Not a bad experience at all!!!
They were willing to negotiate. I was in Cabo early December 2014 which was only about a month or so after the big hurricane. They’re tourist industry was not up and running much so when I went into the real McCoy jewelry store they were very willing to negotiate and I believe I got an excellent deal. I bought my wife, who was not on the trip with me a complete set of Larimar. That was a necklace earrings and bracelet. She was thrilled with it and we think it is very good quality. I have since been down to Cabo again in June 20 21 and bought a couple of Larimar rings for her. She loves them as well. Also got a great deal. Always remember when in Mexico to negotiate. And if you don’t get a good enough deal don’t be afraid to walk away.

Great place to find authentic pottery, table linens and stuff. Plan to spend some time walking through the rooms of what was an old hacienda. Each room is different. You can find the tableware used at The Office here, and lots more. Not close to the harbor but in town and accessible by taxi. We always find something to take home.
What an amazing find! A beautiful setting with so many items artfully displayed. Although I didn’t purchase anything today, I will go back and shop more again. There was nothing I “needed” but so many things I liked, either for myself or as a gift. Just don’t have enough space to pack it this trip! High quality items and very reasonable prices.
Such a beautiful shop with lovely items. The glassware and linens are high quality and reasonably priced. The service is so good. We arrived on a particular hot and humid day. It was 95 degrees and 87% humidity. The staff followed us around with lemon water, fans and towels to make sure we were cool enough to do some serious shopping. I wish I had bought more pottery and glassware. I will be back.
This is part of the Office restaurant group. You will see pottery with The Office scene and name. Very well stocked with everything you can think of - planters, plates, crosses, teapots, and even Mexican dresses and cover ups. Cute dog there also!
Relaxing shopping spot with amazing merchandise. No pressure sales people, only helpful staff in a beautiful hacienda courtyard, even a beautiful pool with a turtle. We enjoyed browsing the various rooms, the courtyard, beautiful trees and exploring the items. I was so happy to find a handheld fan! It has been so hot this week! They were happy to arrange shipping of the beautiful platter we purchased as well.
La Coyota is a real find. Walk around this home/shop and see unique items not found in the tourist traps near the marina. It is a bit of a hike but upon arriving you can enjoy a cold beer or delicious margarita. We found a truly special piece for our dining room but they do not ship. That led us on a real adventure toting a metal tree almost a mile to a FedEx store which did not have boxes or supplies. We then dodged traffic to a really helpful shop that took great pains to wrap and ship our purchases. A high quality store should offer shipping to the US but it still was a great find.
If you haven't been to La Coyota yet you need to add it to your list of places to visit. They have an amazing collection of art and are in the process of adding a B &B.
There is so much to love at La Coyota! It’s is downtown Cabo in an old hotel and each room is filled with authentic gifts and wears of local vendors! We even saw a turtle!

Went to the shop now off the main plaza in San Jose Del Cabo. Great combination of sort of chunky traditional pieces and really refined/intricate artistic patterns. Ended up with a few small pieces that I could fit in our bags, but loved what I saw.

There are so many stores in downtown Cabo selling mass produced junk. This store was a breath of fresh air and we were happy to spend some money buying actual handmade art. We even went back a second day to buy more. There is a parking garage next door and it's easy to get to. We'll be back!
Beautiful, hand-painted pottery that is sophisticated and elegant, not your typical fare. Yes, a little pricey but well worth it. Be prepared to carry your pieces home as shipping is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive.

This place had a really great collection of beautiful Mexican pottery across the board. Lots of small stuff that was easy for us to bring home, but there were lots of larger pieces that would be great for a vacation home that we unfortunately couldn’t travel with. Staff was great - they helped us navigate their huge selection to find what we were looking for, and then packed it so it was safe to travel with (we still opted to bring it as carry on for the flights though). Awesome find as we were walking around Cabo!
I wanted to take home everything in the store. The pottery is beautiful, and I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality. There is something for everyone and every budget. The owner is so friendly. Great tile selection, too! I'm definitely going back on my next visit!

Pepita is a woman of immense mystery and medicine in her being. After a week long conference in women's leadership held with deep love, a friend and I stepped into Pepita's shop and felt welcome with our backpacks and yoga mats and were treated with such kindness as we moved around in the shop and found silk and linen handmade clothes that were a joy to witness. Great little shop run by an ex-pat. Resort kind of clothes at reasonable prices. We make it a point to stop in and shop every time we go down to Cabo, at least once a year. Pepita is charming and great at putting together outfits.

This was a stop on our tour. Very interesting to watch the guys making a margarita jug. Always wondered how they got the color into the glass. Lots of products to chose from if you are a shopper. Worth a visit, Takes about 1 hour to see.
This shop has everything that you could ever want in handblown glass. Glasses, bowls, shot glasses, hearts, pitchers, you name it at fantastic prices and a wonderfully helpful and kind and generous owner who packs everything up.
We were treated to a demonstration of glass blowing and shaping of molten glass which seemed very skilled. We then viewed a display of various glass items full of spectacular colours and shapes. An interesting trip.
The place was amazing with all the colors in the artistry and design. We were disappointed though when we had ordered and been promised matching glassware that they were unable to come through with delivery. It was especially weird because we received email updates saying they were untrack and telling us to come in and pick it up. Still if its already made you would be safe.

We went looking for this in Cabo San Lucas after seeing all the lovely reviews. The address puts it right in Plaza Bonita, so we walked all around inside and out and did not see it. Ended up going to hacienda de tequila across the street where we found plenty of tequila to choose from, but so sad to see this appears to be gone. A local told us that it was there one day and gone the next. Can someone verify?
We stopped in wanting to buy some great Tequila and didn't really know where to start besides we like Mezcals. The gentlemen at the front I can't remember his name but heavier set gentlemen. He was amazing. We bought anejo mezcal that is downright amazing and then another extra anejo from Cava De Oro. It was great but I wanted Chula Parranda that he had in a special bottle. He only had one for himself, glass in the others. We ended up finding it at the office in the special hand crafted bottle. He definitely put us on the smoothies tequila i have ever tried. I am always suspicious of when guys take bottles from behind the counter that have been open and if they are truly the tequila they are trying to sell you. Everything we tried was just as good if not better when we got home. We will be going to Playa in October and will be visiting the sister store of this one. It is no longer called The Blue Agave but Tequila Town.
I'm neither a cigar nor a tequila aficionado. But this place (though a bit tricky to find on my map) had a great selection, with good prices. And the guys running it were very helpful and knew their stuff!
I got free samples of many diferent tequilas until we found the one that pleased our taste. The people working there were great: Juan Pablo and Carlos. They have another stre down the block called "TEQUILA TOWN" THAT IS BIGGER AND HAS GREAT SELECTION OF TEQUILAS. (over 350 brands). If you are looking to buy tequila this is the place!

Find this shop while you're in Cabo. Most like really similar, so write the name down, screen shot a picture of the front, whatever, find THIS tequilla shops. The rest are tourist traps hawking junk tequila to drunk or at least unknowledgable tourists. The Blue Agave was a highlight of our short stop in Cabo. Our host (from Huntington Beach none the less) was friendly, informative, gracious of his wares, and very knowledgable both of tequila and Cabo. We had a fun visit, talking tequila, Cabo, Mexico, California, cigars and generally just conversed. A+ and a breath of fresh air. Thanks team.
Great selection of tequilas that are reasonably priced. At the back of the store is a bar area used for sampling tequila. The bar itself is of rustic wood and the stools are made from wood barrels. We loved Fernando - a great guy to chat with, knowledgeable about tequila, and will let you sample just about anything. They also sell beer for $1, which you can have while you sample tequila. After purchase, Fernando will nicely bubble wrap your bottle(s).
Near the mall you will find the Blue Agave. A great place to taste some of the worlds' finest Tequilas. The guys there are great and we became instant friends. Fernando and his cousin are great guys and really taught us a lot. Can't wait to return!

This place almost has a Mexican-Anthropologie vibe, but is way more affordable. The day we stopped in they had free drinks and food because they were having an open house. Even though it's a boutique the staff was really friendly and helpful. Best place to shop!
Came across this gem while browsing through stall after stall of the same "junk" in downtown Cabo. The lively window front caught our attention right away. Walked in to the most wonderful, clean, funky store in Cabo. Found an evil eye crystal bracelet that the owner graciously held for me while I made up my mind on whether to purchase or not. There were so many unique, quality items that I could've shopped for hours. Jewelry, clothing, purses, art work...you name it, quality merchandise in an otherwise monotonous area. Can't wait to visit again next year.

Acabo de mencionar este lugar en un foro de TA y pensé en hacer una revisión rápida.Encontré Paradise mientras deambulaba cuando estaba de vuelta en Cabo en septiembre. Realmente no estaba buscando comprar nada, pero entré y Rueben me presentó algunos tequilas que no había probado.Estaba muy bien informado, no era agresivo y era bastante entretenido. Terminamos hablando por un rato mientras me servía unos 8 tequilas diferentes para probar. Dije que volvería a comprar un par de botellas y volví y compré dos buenos Añejos. Volveré a cabo en una semana y me aseguraré de pasar.
En cuanto a la pescadería y cremerías excelentes, buenos productos y baratos, las verduras y las frutas de mala calidad,
. . . . . de puesto en puesto. Mercado típico de souvenirs. Puedes comprar una camiseta desde $10 hasta $25 dependiendo de tus habilidades de negociación. Me divertí con esto y tenía un tipo que no regateaba y quería mucho más que otros, extraño. Todos hablaban inglés, lo que ayuda.
Como cualquier otro mercado de pulgas, hay muchos recuerdos a la venta y la mayoría está más que dispuesta a negociar por un mejor precio en los productos. Descargo de responsabilidad... la mayoría de los comerciantes son agradables y aceptan un simple "no, gracias" la primera vez. ¡Algunos tal vez un poco agresivos y simplemente puedes mantenerlo en movimiento!

They have the best and largest selection of tequila and some mezcal. They have free tastings but make sure you tip them for their time and knowledge!! Harry Potter and Hector were so kind and attentive answering all of our questions and just going over all the different ways to age them and how the different climate affects the plant itself. I will be back every time I'm in cabo!
The selection of tequilas and mezcales. Believe it or not, it’s not easy to find a great selection in BCS, México; Tequila Town is a notable exception. The tequilas are separated by aging: añejos in one section, reposados in another, and blancos all together in a third. Mezcals by themselves in yet another. Different prices ranges from the more pedestrian to the hard to find. I found Cascahuín tehona ground blanco there, a unicorn in my part of the U.S.The young man behind the bar is known as “Harry Potter” for reasons that will be apparent when you visit. Tequila is part of his family history and he knows his stuff. If you know YOUR stuff too, you can have a great conversation with him. Tristan helps out, but defers to “HP” for more in depth questions.I’m sorry to have forgotten Harry Potter’s real name, it’s not a common one and hard to remember. Salud, amigo

Went on our third day. We met Tristen, it was like a bar, Tequila Mueseum with history lesson and a liqueur store all in one. Tristen was so fun and friendly. We sampled so many flavors. We ended up going back a couple of days later. He and his friend “Harry” told us about some other flavors. They were out of them but walked us three blocks to their competition. Great people and great place.
We were just walking past and my wife insisted I try some tequila as I hate the stuff we get back in the UK. Well....what can I say? The guys in the shop, Tristan and Abi were fantastic, interesting and fun to chat to. We tried maybe 10 different tequilas and bought a couple of bottles. So it turns out I love tequila!
Great staff - fun, informative and not pushy. They let me try practically every tequila I was interested in and were like tequila sommeliers. VERY knowledgeable about individual brands and their particular manufacturing and filtering processes. Came home with a bottle of Adictivo and a bottle of Maximo - both are fantastic. Prices are OK, product and staff are excellent.

We stumbled upon Zen-Mar Gallery while visiting the town of Cabo San Lucas. What a find. The masks and art were beautiful and unique. We bought a few things but the bark pulp art, known as Amate, stood out! Unfortunately it was too large/cumbersome to bring back. The owner, Manuel, gave us his business card and after months of excellent communication and dedication on his part, we have several pieces hanging on home and office walls. This shop is a must stop if you like artisinal masks; and there's plenty more. Just beware that Google maps is wrong by a few blocks. It's on Lázaro Cardenas near the corner of Calle Mariano Matamoros, as opposed to a block from the mall.
For design enthusiasts, if you go to one shop for “rustic” Mexican artifacts, make it Zen Mar. my only regret is that I didn’t buy more! Most authentic handmade craft shop I found in 2 weeks in Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo, and Cancun this spring. Among the tourist junk, this one shop sells elegant Zapotec masks made of armadillo, goat & wood. Spend your tourist dollar here—you won’t find anything better. A $30 cab ride from your resort should get you here!
Have driven past this store for four years now and finally stopped and what a delight it was, and regret not going there sooner. The owner was helpful in discussing what this meant etc concerning masks and art work. And he was willing to negotiate even without asking for it. We spent over an hour there and thrilled with our purchases and went back the next day for more. He wrapped each individually and for the prints rolled them up securely for traveling back home. This is to me not your typical Mexican tourist store, it has a lot to offer that you do not see all the time
My wife wanted to go to a 'mask store'. Is there such a thing, I asked? "Sure, I saw it as we drove by yesterday!" A local business owner walked us to it a couple of blocks away and we both were stunned at the variety and quality there! I just hung the mask in our office today. I was so thrilled with her purchase that I tipped the man who walked us to the store. The owner carefully wrapped the mask for travel back to the US and we got it home safely. It will trigger many happy memories of those two weeks in Cabo and that day in particular.
Have been going to Zen Mar every time I visit Cabo and that is 10 years. Manuel the owner is fair and will negotiate. We have collaborated on designs and will never fail to give you ideas and a good fair deal.
Location is several blocks to the southwest of where the map says but still easy to find. This shop and the one down the street have a good selection of new and old masks and carving. Some of the newer stuff especially is overpriced and you should plan on negotiating down 50% or more.
The masks, pottery, and woodcarvings are stunning. The people who own the shop and the workers were very nice and helpful. The store is a few streets from the main downtown area. It is easy to get to. You will be delighted in getting great merchandise from the interior of Mexico.
She brought a great selection of jewelry for my mom and I, and was able to adjust the sizing of a leather-banded ring right there. We were in a little bit of a hurry because it was our check out day, and she met us at our hotel room in a very timely manner and was so sweet. I bought jewelry from her in summer 2015 (a ring, necklace, and a pair of dangly earrings), and I wear one of those pieces at least once a week... quality is great!
I live in Cabo part of the year, and I love this jewelry stall at the Organic Farmers Market. Ellen designs and makes one-of a kind pieces, and I've purchased many over the years. She'll design pieces for you or you can select from those items on display. I encourage you to visit this unique spot while in Cabo.
Altogether a wonderful experience. It is one thing to come away with a beautiful, one of a kind silver and turquoise bracelet at a very reasonable price, but to also feel you made new friends turns it into a not to be forgotten experience. Ellen and her husband were warm, sunny, and sincere as they explained the aspects of her artistry. She personally picks out all her stones, and sells only at the market, thus avoiding the high costs of a storefront. Just a win win situation for everyone. I will think of the two of them every time I wear her outstanding wearable art.
You can go to a big impersonal mall or you can go to Ellen at the Pedregal market. You will not be disappointed! She has a great eye for color, texture and is always looking for new and better. We were on our annual trip to Cabo and made sure to visit Ellen Sorrells at the Farmers Market. As usual, her hand-made, one of a kind jewelry pieces were wonderful - works of wearable art! It was hard to decide on my favorite. (I always get one souvenir!) In the end, my husband picked a beautiful necklace that can be worn many ways. This artist has an excellent eye for style, and her bead jewelry is really a big step above any peers. I bought 2 pair of Venetian glass bead and sterling silver earrings; one to keep and one pair as a gift which I know will be treasured. She's at the small Pedregal Market on Wed & Sat a.m., and is well worth looking up!

This was part of our Deluxe City Tour. Had about 8 different samples! Wish I would have bought an actual bottle instead of just the sampler. The only downfall is it was hot especially after all of the shots lol Overall a fun time with my family
Storefront located right across n the Marina. Essentially it is a souvenir store which gives you the opportunity to taste tequila and make purchases of which one is your favorite. The store also contains various other souvenir options to take home. It is a fun spot to be able to take great pics.
I am doing a review of this business because after leaving the establishment, my checkout experience is still unsettling. As part of my Ranchero Adventures package, Tequila Lighthouse in Cabo San Lucas was one of our stops. They have a good tequila tasting setup. So good that I purchased their flavored tequila 4 piece set at $45. Upon check out, my card declined. The checkout lady said insufficient funds. Very odd given that I used that card in Mexico at several locations earlier that day. So I paid $45 CASH. When I got in the van with Ranchero Adventures, I called my bank. They stated that the card was declined because Tequila Lighthouse requested an authorization for $1,200 USD. I said Don’t you mean pesos? I didn’t know the exchange at the time. She confirmed 4 times that it was for $1,200 USD. My bank declined that amount & Thank Goodness! The money was there but my bank said no because all my previous purchases were under $100. Be careful when using your card there...Pay CASH or it will be a pain point. Other than that, it was cool!
The best Tequila in Cabo is right here. Agua Luna flavored tequilas omg amazing and your can't find those in America. But the real treat is El Capricho the best Tequila I've ever had.
Omg omg did I say omg, the chocolate tequila was out of this world delicious. The vanilla was great as well. I can’t wait to put a shot or two of this tasty treat in my hot chocolate or over ice cream or even bake with.
After reading reviews about this place, I was hoping for the full on experience of learning about tequila etc. tasted a good tequila, bought a bottle and moved on. Not what I was hoping for after reading reviews.
We went to Tequila Lighthouse in Cabo San Lucas. Its in the harbor area of Cabo San Lucas by the Tessora Resort. They offer both a short tour on the tequila making process. They also have tequila tasting. They also offer many very good bottles of tequila for sale.Staff is very nice and also informative.
While walking around town we came across Tequila Lighthouse, some interesting objects and information about making the drink out the front.We saw the sign advertising tasting in a few minutes so we stayed around till the guy asked us in for the free tasting He was great and very knowledgeable also not pushy at the end to sell .He explained how Tequila was made and what part of the plant was used.He then let us taste the different age Tequilas, there was a distinct difference, he then showed us the way to drink Tequila, surprisingly his way made a difference and it was more enjoyable.You will need to visit and try for yourself.Great place to spend a bit of time.
Super cool place and you get to learn all about tequila making. Great staff and amazing tequila! You can also purchase souvenirs here and dunk your feet in a tank that little fish clean your feet! Super fun!
