Beutiful! So clean. The staff works incredibly hard. All inclusive is fabulous. You aren't getting money out all the time! They have wonderful up scale restaurants, but you can also get a cheeseburger and fries.

I cannot recommend this all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta enough! Especially if you’re travelling with infants or young children while still feeling like you’re staying in luxury. Do not let the price tag deter you. It is worth every single penny and then some.

We have been to one other Grand Velas property before and this did not disappoint. The hotel was very close to the airport (very convenient) and the pool/beach area was incredible. The activities staff (Julian, Carlos, Mariano, Lily) were great at keeping us entertained all week. We would go back to this resort in a heartbeat.

We stayed for a week Oct 1-8. The staff, food and property is amazing. There is however a very distinct mold smell in the rooms. We had to change rooms during our stay. Not sure what can be done to fix this issue, but it's significant.
