The Paraiso Residences (Cabo San Lucas)

The Paraiso Residences is a modern and stylish one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that is perfect for a perfect stay in Cabo San Lucas. Situated right in the marina, it is packed with amenities that include a private rooftop terrace with a hot tub, high-quality bedding and bath linens, including beach towels, two rain showers, a washer/dryer, high-end appliances, and internet-connected smart flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

The living room opens to a completely private outdoor terrace, perfect for dining and/or relaxing. The apartment complex is located on top of the Puerto Paraiso shopping center, but there is secure and private access to the residential floors.

There are excellent views of the marina, the landscaped squares of the shopping center, and Cabo from the main property, and the Puerto Paraiso tower houses a well-equipped gym with stationary bikes, treadmills, a universal machine, an elliptical machine, benches, mats, and free weights, accessible only to apartment owners and guests. The staff at Residencias Puerto Paraiso were lovely, friendly, and helpful.

They were available to assist with ground transportation and event planning, as well as for easy check-in and check-out. Upon arrival at the unit, we discovered a broken interior door latch and no hot water.

We informed Maria the concierge and Raymundo promptly repaired them, checking in to see if we needed any further assistance. It should be noted that construction and landscaping work was taking place on the property during our stay, but in the ten days we were there, there was never an issue with noise or privacy.

Even with the style and comfort of this apartment, its numerous amenities, and the friendliness of the concierge and staff, the real winner is the location. Imagine a peaceful and tranquil place, and have many of the best restaurants in Cabo just minutes from your door, around the marina and downtown.

Imagine the best shopping center in Cabo, with internationally recognized brands just a elevator ride away; The sun, sand, and surf of Medano Beach are just a few blocks away. A massage, a fishing expedition, a boat tour to the iconic Arch, nightclubs, live music, street tacos, and churros, all just minutes from your door.

Our stay at Residencias Puerto Paraiso had all of this and more. We look forward to returning to the Residences.

These condos are amazing. There is no better location in Cabo.

You can walk to everything, including less than a 5-minute walk to the best part of Medano Beach. Each unit has a private Jacuzzi on its private rooftop terrace.

Furnished very nicely. The staff is very helpful, and security is always present.
