– “I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in room N° 304. The location was excellent for me due to work, as it is only a block and a half away from the CDMX World Trade Center. The room had a small kitchenette and kitchen utensils. I consider the price to be quite reasonable. Access to the room is by a numeric code. The Wi-Fi was good. However, there were some inconveniences that may not be to everyone’s liking: 1- There is no parking available. 2- The towels are quite old and are fraying at the edges. 3- There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs with your luggage. 4- The TV has 2 controls, and you need to know which one to use at each moment, otherwise the TV gets unprogrammed (this happened to me, and I reported it in the morning when I left. They promised to fix the issue, but when I returned at night, it was still the same. The receptionist had to come up and fix it at night). 5- Room cleaning is only done upon request, unlike other hotels where it is done daily (I personally did not request it during my stay, so the cleaning was not done any day). Despite these inconveniences, I still believe this hotel can be considered for those who, like me, need to be close to the World Trade Center for any reason…”
