Bought ticket at the desk, traveled without luggage, so for my experience it was ok - it brings you from A to B in a comfortably enough boat. Prices and price segregation depending on whether you are tourist or Mexican or local is an unacceptable thing to me, unfortunately common in touristic areas.

Pésimo servicio de su personal, tanto de los que están en el acceso del muelle así como de los que están en los barcos, no son empáticos con las personas que desafortunadamente tienen que usar su nefasto servicio por trabajo.

There is no forward seating on the outside deck, it’s all aft and has no view over the bow. Below decks they’ve frosted all the windows so if seasickness is a problem for you, you’re fogged. I won’t be taking this one again.
